We’re pleased to share that Spark & Bell was named Winner: Sustainable Home Accessories & Furnishings at the Marie Claire UK Sustainability Awards 2024. It’s a thoughtful nod from a rigorous programme, and one we’re very grateful for. 

Recognising sustainability in design

Run by Marie Claire UK, the Sustainability Awards recognise brands across fashion, beauty, travel and home that demonstrate credible progress and real-world impact. Entries are assessed by the Marie Claire editorial team with support from 50+ external judges and experts, alongside sustainability strategists from Seismic (a B Corp consultancy). Now well-established, the awards aim to spotlight practical innovation and accountability across categories.

In the Home & Lifestyle list, Spark & Bell was selected as winner for an approach that considers a product’s whole life — from materials and local making to durability and aftercare.  The judges called out our focus on lifecycle thinking and long-term reliability:

The judging panel also commended our made-to-order model, collaboration with local makers, and commitment to circular design principles, which are elements that have long underpinned our approach which is great to be recognised for.
