Here you can find information for our 10 year manufacturer warranty with a purchase of our Spark & Bell lights.


Warranty Introduction

This document outlines the warranty policy provided with the purchase of Spark & Bell lighting. This warranty only applies to the persons purchasing Spark & Bell products from Spark & Bell Ltd. Second hand, reselling or other third party purchases do not carry over this included Warranty.


Length of Warranty Policy

This document outlines the warranty policy provided with the purchase of Spark & Bell lighting.

Warranty Details

  1. The lighting products from Spark & Bell must be PAT tested to the standards set out by Spark & Bell and corresponding lighting organisations.

  2. Each lighting product should be delivered without defect, fully functional at the Spark & bell expected quality.

  3. Each lighting product purchased must be installed following instructions and guidance provided by Spark & Bell. Spark & Bell cannot be held responsible for lighting failure or damage to the products or locations if guidance and instructions are not followed during installation.

  4. Defects caused by wear and tear are not subject to the provided warranty.

  5. Accidental or deliberate damage from the purchasing party are never covered by the provided warranty.

  6. Spark & Bell will attempt to repair or in failure to repair, replace any Spark and Bell Lighting that is malfunctioning or damaged in accordance with the details provided in this warranty policy


Warranty Claims

  1. Any warranty claim must be reported to the Spark & Bell team in writing via email. The purchasing party can contact the Spark & Bell team via the information provided below.

  2. All warranty claims are dependant on the Spark & Bell team having access to assess the related product within an appropriate method.

  3. To file a warranty claim the below information must be provided (extra information may be needed)

    - Purchase date and order number
    - Name and contact details that match the order
    - Details of lighting failure or faults or damages

    Claims can be made via our contact page and should and use the following subject line:

    Subject: Warranty Claim Request - [order number] [Date]


Warranty Limitations

This warranty only covers the products by Spark & Bell. This Warranty does not include (excludes) any other
items from other brands or instances, such as installation damages as an example.
